WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud will take place on Friday 1, Saturday 2, and Sunday 3 July 2022 at the Beekse Bergen event site in Hilvarenbeek (Tilburg region).

On Friday, 1 July, the festival grounds open at 16:00. The camping grounds will open this day at 10:00.

On Saturday, 2 July, the grounds will open at 13:30 and close at 03:00.

On Sunday, 3 July, the grounds will open at 13:30 and close at 00:30.

Do not arrive earlier than the communicated opening hours. Wild camping is prohibited by law in the Netherlands and in the surround areas of the festival site. There will be active patrols and enforcement by the festival organization and local police.

Friday, 1 July, the festival grounds will be open from 16:00 to 03:00.

The camping area opens Friday, 1 July at 10:00.

From this moment on you can enter the event site to place your tent and make use of our camping facilities. The festivalsite will open at 16:00

Saturday 2 July, the festival site is open from 13.30 to 03:00.

Sunday 3 July, the festival site is open from 13:30 to 0:30.

The campsite closes on Monday at 12:00, so you should have left with your stuff by then. Set your alarm on time; we will wake you up at 10:00. 

PLEASE NOTE: fixed accommodations, such as jungalows, must be vacated by Monday at 10:00.

WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud is a 16+ festival. Visitors under 18 will receive a special wristband.

Yes, after scanning your ticket, you will receive a wristband that shows us to which day(s) you have access.

With this wristband, you are free to go on and off the festival terrain. It is not allowed to go back and forth several times with drinks or food. If you already have a wristband, our staff has the right to refuse you access to food or beverages. 

It is not possible to share your wristband with other people.

Yes, for a small fee you can use our lockers. There are a limited number of small lockers available. However, please leave expensive or valuable items at home as much as possible. The WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud organization is not responsible for the loss or damage of (valuable) property.

There are no ATMs available on the festival or adjacent camping grounds. However, tokens, cigarettes, and merchandise can be paid for with a card. Cash is not needed at WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud, but of course, you can pay for tokens with cash.

No, on march 15 the Dutch government announced that all covid restrictions for large events have been lifted. You won’t need a test or covidsafe ticket to visit WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud.

It is not allowed to bring large bags or backpacks onto the festival grounds; however, they are allowed on the camping site. Handbags with the size of maximum A4 and a depth of about 10 centimeters are accepted. You may bring them to the festival

At WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud you can rent a powerbank to charge your phone. At the festival site neer de entrance, just outside the campsite next to the lockers and at the info points at all the campsites, you can pick up or return a powerbank to charge your phone. Do you have your own powerbank but is it empty? No worries, you can also let us charge your powerbank so you never have to be without your phone. Lost your cable or didn’t bring a cable: No worries! If you don’t have your own cable you can buy one from us for 1 token. Do you have something else to charge? Like your boombox, laptop or wheelchair? Come find the Charge Anything just outside the camping area next to the lockers and we’ll charge just about anything for you!”

Yes, we offer adapted sanitary facilities, and at stages 1, 2, and 3, there is a raised platform that a wheelchair can use. Keep in mind that a large part of our site is in the (open) nature, including lawns and a beach. A 100% accessibility by wheelchair can unfortunately not be guaranteed.

WOO HAH! X Rolling Loud has several stages including outdoor stages and stages indoor

Yes, please check our festival map for the different first aid spots. The map will be available on this website closer to the festival.

WOO HAH! X Rolling Loud is organized by Mojo Concerts & Rolling Loud.

At WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud you can stay overnight at our camping site adjacent to the festival grounds from Friday through Monday.

You need to bring your tent to stay overnight on the camping site, for which you need a weekend ticket including camping.

The camping opens Friday, July 1st at 10.00 and closes Monday, July 4th at 12.00.

There is also the possibility of staying overnight with a group of friends in the various accommodations of Beekse Bergen or staying at Camp WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. For more info about these accommodations, please check here.

Staying overnight at WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud is not mandatory. However, it is the best way to experience WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. All our accommodation options are right next to the festival so that you can roll right into bed from the festival and vice versa!

The WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud program continues into the night. At that moment, the possibilities to return by public transport are limited.

From Friday, July 1st 10:00 the doors of our campsite will open, they will close on Monday, July 4th at 12:00

The campsite closes at 12:00 on Monday, so you must have left with your belongings by then. Please set your alarm clock in time; we will wake you up at 10 o’clock. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must depart fixed accommodations such as jungalows by Monday at 10:00.

To stay overnight at the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud camping, you need a weekend ticket, including camping. Each person staying overnight requires an individual camping ticket. It’s not possible to stay overnight with more than one person on one camping ticket, even if you share a tent.

Suppose you stay in one of the accommodations next to the festival site; you need to book your accommodation in advance. When booking your accommodation, you can immediately order the necessary festival tickets for you and your traveling companions. NOTE: you will receive your festival tickets in your inbox no later than four weeks after payment. The tickets will be sent to the email address you used to make the booking. You cannot buy more festival tickets than the maximum number of persons allowed in the accommodation.

No, it is not possible to place your own camper or caravan on our grounds. However, you can use bungalows and other accommodations at the vacation park of Beekse Bergen. You can book accommodations here. 

There are also tickets available for Camp WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. A particular area on our terrain where you can reserve tents for 2, 4, and 6 people that is set up and furnished for you in advance.

Yes, stay in a luxury safari tent, log cabin, or jungalow near the festival site on the woody Holiday Park Beekse Bergen. Or stay in a lodge among the animals at the Safari Resort, where you can relax in luxury after the busy festival days. You can find more information on the website of Beekse Bergen. 

When booking your accommodation, you can immediately order the necessary festival tickets for you and your travel companions. NOTE: You will receive your festival tickets in your inbox 2 weeks before the festival. The tickets will be sent to the email address you used to make the booking. You cannot buy more festival tickets than the maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation.

Tickets are also available for Camp WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. This camp is a particular area on our grounds where you can reserve tents for 2, 4, and 6 people that will be set up and furnished for you in advance. 

Yes, you want to camp at WOO HAH x Rolling Loud but are not interested in carrying heavy stuff? Then we have the solution: Camp WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud, a separate area on our campsite where we’ll set up several tents for you. Including an air mattress or camp bed and the necessary bedding. Several options are available for 2, 4, and 6 people.

There will be sufficient sanitary facilities on the camping grounds for you to use. We keep these clean but keep them clean for your fellow users.

The bungalows and other accommodations have their own sanitary facilities. For more information, check the booking page for accommodations.

We don’t have a limit on the size of tents, as long as they correspond to the number of people sleeping in them. Army tents and/or tents larger then these are not permitted. Partytents in all shapes and sizes are also NOT permitted.

There’s no electricity at the campsite. However, the charging service just outside the camping area will make a power socket available so you can pump your airmatrass or blow dry your hair.

There is a campsite store available on site to purchase breakfast, among other things. There is also a food and beverage counter at the campsite to buy food and beverages.

WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud takes place at event site Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek (Tilburg region). You can travel to the festival by shuttlebus, car, touring car and if you live close by you can even come by bike! Check out all available options over on our travel page.

Are you traveling by public transportation? Shuttle buses run daily between Tilburg Central Station and our festival site. Tickets for the shuttle buses are available here.

Note: Regular bus transportation does not stop at the festival site. Make use of the shuttle bus when you travel to WOO HAH! X Rolling Loud, otherwise you’ll end up in the middle of nowhere, and it’s still more than an hour’s walk to our site

Car
Set your navigation to Hilvarenbeek, and from there, follow the yellow WHxRL festival signs to your destination of choice. 

Parking a car requires a parking ticket; these are available here.

Turn on your navigation to Hilvarenbeek. Turn the navigation off as soon as you see the yellow signs marked ‘WHxRL’. From there, follow the signs towards your desired destination.

We recommend you buy a weekendticket so that you can experience WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud the way it was meant to be experienced!

However, if you want to travel by train, we advise you to check the NS travel planner for your most convenient train times.

Please keep in mind that the festival will continue into the night every day, at which point there are only limited travel options or no trains at all.

The shuttle bus is the best way to reach our festival site and the campsite or accommodations using public transportation. Travel to Tilburg Central Station, and once you arrive at Tilburg Central Station, shuttle buses depart from the back of the station throughout the entire day.

Shuttle buses will drive back and forth between the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud site and Tilburg Central Station throughout the weekend.

There are only return tickets available. It doesn’t matter if your return journey takes place on a different day than your outward journey.

The shuttle buses will depart throughout the entire day every 20 minutes, you can find the times for the first and the last bus below.

Are you traveling back and forth to the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud terrain on multiple days? Then you will need a separate return ticket for each day.

Please note: Regular bus transportation does not stop at the festival site. Please make use of the shuttle bus when traveling to WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud, otherwise you’ll end up in the middle of nowhere, and it’s still over an hour’s walk to our site!

We would like to advise our Belgian visitors not to use the regular bus of De Lijn between Turnhout and Tilburg. If the bus gets overcrowded, the bus driver can refuse to take you on board. 

Tickets are available online until Friday, July 1st; after that, it’s only possible to buy tickets at the pick-up point of the shuttle buses.

Yes: bike racks are provided at the entrance to our campsite/festival site, there you also have the ability to park a scooter.

There is also a dedicated spot near our entrance for GO Sharing scooters.

There is a Kiss & Ride zone at the entrance to our campsite/festival site: just follow the yellow signs.

Please note: to avoid a traffic jam and long queues, it is better to use touring car travel for your trip to WHxRL. Or the combination of public transport + shuttle bus. Touring cars travel regionally (Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Breda) from a city of your choice. In this way you arrive at the site faster and you avoid traffic jams. Touring car tickets are available here. Tickets for the shuttle bus are available here.

Yes, you must also purchase a parking ticket. Please note that it is not possible to park your motorcycle right next to your tent or accommodation.
