Lijpe made his introduction in the Dutch hip hop scene with his EP ‘Van de Bodem naar de Grond’ the EP delivered him a spot in the ‘New Wave’ collective. By making good use of his creativity and entrepreneurial skills Lijpe quickly rose to the top. With his latest release ‘Dagboek’ (2020) Lijpe showed he is still one of the best storytellers in Dutch hiphop.
