Hef’s journey dates back to 2008, when he released his track ‘’Puur’’ on YouTube. The song was booming and Hef was quickly renowned; earning admiration from artists from the streets as well as critics. Together with his brothers Crooks and Ado’Nis he released more music videos and the beloved 101Barz session “Boyz In De Hood vol.1”. Hef earned the State Award for “Best Artist” in 2010 and in 2012, sophomore album “Papierwerk” peaked the iTunes album charts. More recently, Hef performed at Lowlands, collaborated with fellow Dutchie Sevn Alias and released another album with his brothers. In conclusion: Hef is the Goat of the Dutch hiphop scene.
